At Cedar Planters, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium garden beds and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your planter isn't the perfect fit for your outdoor space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the planter and pack all cedar components and hardware back into the original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
